Mike Quinlan joins NavPoint Real Estate Group

Veteran commercial broker Mike Quinlan joined NavPoint Real Estate Group. He comes to NavPoint from Newmark, where he spent the last 13-plus years of his commercial real estate career.

Throughout his career, Quinlan has found opportunities for national and regional tenants, handling both local and national expansions. His experience spans the country with the skillful representation of national retailers classified as “anchors,” “junior box” and “small shop” tenants. He has completed more than 421 transactions totaling approximately nearly 2.74 million square feet. Quinlan will focus on land acquisition, retail, and investment sales.
