Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC promoted Kimberly A. Martin, LEED AP, to managing director.

Martin represents real estate developers, investors and owners of residential, commercial, industrial, transportation-oriented development and mixed-use projects. She has a specific focus on large-scale greenfield and brownfield development projects, including all aspects of land use entitlements – securing approvals for annexations, development agreements, zonings and rezonings, subdivisions, site plans, transferable development rights, public revenue sharing agreements and vested property rights. In addition, she counsels clients with respect to urban renewal projects and other public and private financing structures, including statutory improvements districts and so-called public improvements fees, relating to project development and infrastructure costs.

She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver College of Law.
