Smith joins JLL as senior vice president

Todd R. Smith joined JLL as senior vice president of its project and development services team.

While based in Denver, he will focus on contributing to the firm’s evolving development practice throughout the Northwest region.

Smith returns to the firm after having founded and operated his own business for 15 years, leading the successful completion of over $3.5 billion in real estate and advising Fortune 100 clients throughout the Americas in project management, program management, creation and recovery of complex projects.

Previously, Smith was a vice president in the firm’s capital markets group in Chicago and in the management/leasing and development teams in Denver.
