St. John Properties Inc.’s Shauna Sutliff was promoted to property manager.

Sutliff will oversee day-to-day property management functions for the firm’s portfolio of commercial office, flex/research-and-development and retail space in the Colorado area. This entails maintaining best-in-class interior and exterior working environments, overseeing capital improvement strategies, working with third-party vendor groups, managing budgets and communicating regularly with clients. She graduated from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
