Steve Moen joins PGIM Real Estate as executive director in business development

Steve Moen joined PGIM Real Estate as executive director in business development. Based in Denver, Moen is responsible for marketing PGIM Real Estate’s global products and providing client service to institutional investors and consultants primarily in the Western United States and Canada.

Moen has real estate investment management and business development experience across real estate, infrastructure, private equity and private credit. Most recently, he was a senior vice president in client solutions at Partners Group, where he was responsible for client relations and investment origination spanning the Western and Central U.S., and Canada, with relationships across institutional and individual investor channels.
