GE Johnson has broken ground on 240 St. Paul Street in Cherry Creek North for developer BMC Investments. The building previously on the property was demolished to make way for a new 76,000-square-foot, six-story commercial building. A “world-class” fitness club will anchor the new building, taking 33,000 sf on the first three floors.

The facade of Financial House stands out. It’s the first all-glass building in Cherry Creek North. The eight-story, 70,000-square foot office tower might just be a harbinger of things to come in Denver’s toniest neighborhood. 

The partnership purchased the Westwood Apartments, Woodhaven Apartments and Timberline Apartments, which will be renovated and rebranded into one community – Ivy Crossing.

Haselden and BMC Investments recently celebrated the topping out of Financial House, which is located at Second and Detroit streets in Cherry Creek.

Denver-based BMC Investments and Southern California-based Oak Coast Properties acquired the 360-unit community at 1724 N. Robb St. in Lakewood – the sixth investment partnership between the firms. 

BMC Investments sold the 12-story, 218-unit property at a price topping $649,000 per unit.
