Unico redevelops 1738 Pearl Street, earns LEED Platinum Core & Shell
Unico Properties LLC’s redevelopment of 1738 Pearl St. is coming up platinum. The 41,000-square-foot mixed-use office and retail building at 1738 Pearl St. in Boulder was awarded the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED Platinum certification for Core & Shell. With the certification, 1738 Pearl St. is Boulder’s first privately owned LEED Platinum building and it is 26 percent more energy efficient than a standard building for its same size, type and location.
