Construction is complete on Yale 25 Station apartment project

Construction is complete on the Yale 25 Station apartments located at 5121 E. Yale Ave. in Denver. Yale Station is a five-story, transit-oriented apartment complex located in the heart of Denver close to restaurants, shopping and transportation. Jordon Perlmutter & Co. developed the project, which was designed by OZ Architecture and built by Shaw Construction.

PCL Construction tops out Northfield Fire Station No. 39

PCL Construction recently topped out the Northfield Fire Station No. 39 at Central Park Boulevard and 50th Avenue in the Stapleton neighborhood. The fire station, which is scheduled for completion in May, will provide faster response times to surrounding neighborhoods and schools.

Adolfson & Peterson Construction recently began demolition of the now-vacant building on the northeast corner of Platte and 15th streets in downtown Denver. The property was formerly home to Natural Grocers and Confluence Kayaks; it represents the future site of Platte Fifteen, a five-story, 151,736-square-foot mixed-use development.
