W.E. O’Neil Construction Company of Colorado promoted Chris Bernhardy to estimator.

Bernhardy joined the company in 2016 as an estimating coordinator in its Chicago office and moved to the Denver office in 2018. He has spent the last two years as an estimating engineer taking on trade assignments for competitive hard bids and preconstruction efforts.
