Stantec leading transformational design overhaul of Denver International Airports Great Hall

Denver International Airport recently announced that construction has recommenced on the Great Hall Project, with Stantec serving as lead designer. Swinerton Builders break ground on WTC Denver campus

Swinerton Builders recently demoed the site and began prep work in order to go vertical later this year on the World Trade Center Denver (hotel, office and parking structure), which will be in the River North neighborhood. Formativ, a Denver-based real estate development firm specializing in transformative mixed-use and commercial projects, and Memphis, Tennessee-based Kemmons Wilson Cos., are co-owners and developers of the 240,000-square-foot hospitality tower. Golub & Co., based in Chicago with a local office in RiNo, is partnering with Formativ on the 350,000-sf office building.

A Chicago-based real estate investment adviser secured a southeast suburban industrial building in a $10 million transaction. Building Dialogue is a quarterly, four-color magazine that caters specifically to the AEC industry, including features on projects and people, as well as covering trends in design, construction, interior design, development and more. Kris joined CREJ as an editor in 1998, after serving as editor of the Colorado Springs Business Journal. Kris earned her Bachelor of Arts, Journalism and Mass Communication, from the University of Colorado at Boulder. When not covering Colorado’s commercial AEC community, she enjoys Pilates, reading, traveling, walking her Golden Retriever and cheering on her hockey-playing son.
