Unico Properties recently completed a $1.9 million renovation of the 257,253-square foot, 14-story Colorado Square building, located at the corner of Pikes Peak Avenue and North Nevada Avenue in downtown Colorado Springs. 

Haselden Construction recently topped out two new buildings at Colorado Mountain College’s Spring Valley campus in Glenwood Springs. Haselden is building a 34,000-square-foot fitness center and the 16,000-sf Ascent Center, which will serve as the welcome center and entrance focal point for the campus. 

Denver urban design and landscape architecture firm Civitas has designed two Denver parkways. The firm’s design is under construction, transforming the four-lane arterial Alameda Parkway in the Belmar area of Lakewood.

Pinkard Construction recently delivered Sienna Sloans Lake, which was designed by Van Meter Williams Pollack. Koelbel and Co. and Trailbreak Partners developed the 49-unit affordable apartment project on the old St. Anthony Hospital campus. 

Adolfson & Peterson recently broke ground on the University of Colorado Boulder College of Music building addition. The addition will mark a major step toward consolidating College of Music programming into one facility.

Pinkard Construction, with owner Sierra Vista Housing Partners, owner’s representative The ITEX Group, and Workshop8 architects, has completed renovations of the $10.9 million Sierra Vista affordable apartments in Denver.

Construction is complete on the Yale 25 Station apartments located at 5121 E. Yale Ave. in Denver. Yale Station is a five-story, transit-oriented apartment complex located in the heart of Denver close to restaurants, shopping and transportation. Jordon Perlmutter & Co. developed the project, which was designed by OZ Architecture and built by Shaw Construction.

Franklin Street Properties, which owns 1001 17th St., has been gradually mixing up its tenant roster to keep pace with the evolution of the Denver market from energy and law firms to software and internet companies. 

Rev360 – formerly known as Revolution360 and recently rebranded to reflect the evolution of the project – is a mixed-use building in River North being developed by Revolution 360 LLC, a joint venture comprising general partner Ed Haselden, Keystone Equities, Rob Cohen, Tributary Real Estate and Avenue Property Group. 

Mill Creek Residential announced the groundbreaking of Modera LoHi, a luxury apartment community located in the Lower Highland neighborhood.  Alliance Construction is building the project, which was designed by Shears Adkins Rockmore.
