PCL Construction recently topped out the Northfield Fire Station No. 39 at Central Park Boulevard and 50th Avenue in the Stapleton neighborhood. The fire station, which is scheduled for completion in May, will provide faster response times to surrounding neighborhoods and schools.

PCL Construction topped out the 23-story Monarch Hotel and Casino in Black Hawk. With completion scheduled for August, the team is working to finish construction of the exterior and interior spaces. 

In late 2016, Martin Marietta completed its move to 34,000 square feet in Denver West. At the beginning of 2018, Kestrel’s design team was asked to complete its first expansion, an additional 6,000 sf adjacent to the first-floor space.

Located at 1493 Park Central Drive in Highlands Ranch, this project consisted of the full development of an 11-acre site, including a 570-stall parking lot, extensive landscaping, and landscape block retaining walls.

Haselden Construction recently completed construction of the new Larimer County Loveland Campus. The 46,000-square foot administrative building accommodates Larimer County’s growing need for municipal services for Loveland and southern county residents. 

The much-anticipated new Calvary Episcopal Church Arapahoe Steps at Celebration Plaza in historic downtown Golden is underway. Breaking ground recently with a projected opening date in spring, the plaza project was designed by award-winning Denver urban design and landscape architecture firm Civitas.

Weitz recently broke ground on Apartment Investment and Management Co.’s latest phase at 21 Fitzsimons: 253 homes on the site of the former Fitzsimons Army Medical Center. The new development will be in close proximity to 21 Fitzsimons Apartment Homes, a 600-apartment-home community that Aimco acquired in 2014.
