The city and county of Denver’s Performance Based Infrastructure Office is taking the next step toward developing the southeast side of the National Western Center campus, known as the Triangle Project, with the initial release of a draft request for proposals. The Triangle refers to a triangle-shaped, 60-acre area on the southeast side of the National Western Center campus. 

High-end mountain bike manufacturer Yeti Cycles signed a lease for a 28,650-square-foot flex building at Corporate Center in Golden with plans to expand its corporate headquarters to nearly 60,000 sf. Yeti, which occupies 30,300 sf at 621 Corporate Circle, will grow into the new space at 611 Corporate Circle in early 2021. Approximately 60 employees will work within the two facilities.
