Michael J. Choutka was promoted to president of Hensel Phelps Construction Co.
Choutka will have overall responsibility for the operational leadership of the organization. He also retains his current responsibilities as the chief operating officer. He will maintain an office at the company headquarters in Greeley and will travel between district offices.
