Comments: Property was formerly listed for lease by Tanner Johnson of Cushman & Wakefield and had 3,267 sf available for $20 per square foot. The sale was handled by David Morrison (formerly with Colliers) of Kentwood Commercial, 720-330-8888, who contacted the seller and negotiated a sale agreement between the seller, who owns a jewelry business in the building and will continue to remain as a tenant, and Buell & Company.
