Kennedy Wilson fund acquires $116 million portfolio

Kennedy Wilson Fund VI, a commingled fund managed by Kennedy Wilson, has acquired a three-property commercial portfolio totaling 661,000 square feet of office, industrial and data center space for $116 million. The institutional-quality commercial campuses located in southeast Denver and Aurora expand Kennedy Wilson’s footprint in rapidly growing markets across the Western United States.

Mountain bike manufacturer Yeti to grow to 58,950 sf

High-end mountain bike manufacturer Yeti Cycles signed a lease for a 28,650-square-foot flex building at Corporate Center in Golden with plans to expand its corporate headquarters to nearly 60,000 sf. Yeti, which occupies 30,300 sf at 621 Corporate Circle, will grow into the new space at 611 Corporate Circle in early 2021. Approximately 60 employees will work within the two facilities.

Plumbing supplier to build 450,000 sf

The country’s largest provider of commercial and residential plumbing supplies will build a 450,000-square-foot warehouse/distribution facility on 53 acres it bought from Prologis for $14.05 million. Perlmutter launches office building in River North

Paradigm River North, with 192,000 square feet of creative space, is the latest office building planned for River North. The eight-story building by Jordon Perlmutter & Co. is targeted for a 31,255-sf site at 3400 Walnut St. It will feature 25,000-sf floor plates, 12,000 sf of curated ground floor retail/restaurant space, and extensive private terraces and balconies.
