Swinerton topped out Block 162, a 606,000-square-foot speculative office building, located at 675 15th St. in downtown Denver. Gensler designed the project. Block 162 is a joint venture led by Patrinely Group and USAA Real Estate.

Kairoi Residential recently completed its luxury apartment community Park 17, which is located in Denver’s Uptown neighborhood. Martines Palmeiro Construction built the multistory, 190-unit “boutique chic” building, which was designed by Valerio Dewalt Train Associates.

ReyLenn Properties completed Solana Stapleton, a new luxury rental community in Stapleton. The community is the first market-rate rental community developed by a third party in the master-planned Stapleton community.

The Opus Group and joint venture partner Principal Real Estate Investors began construction on 1919 Mile High Apartments, a new multifamily development near Empower Field at Mile High. The 277-unit building will offer a range of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom options.

GH Phipps Construction Cos. completed the Solvista Health West Campus Remodel in Cañon City. Solvista’s West Campus facility was previously a newspaper publishing plant, purchased in 2015 for business expansion.

GE Johnson has broken ground on 240 St. Paul Street in Cherry Creek North for developer BMC Investments. The building previously on the property was demolished to make way for a new 76,000-square-foot, six-story commercial building. A “world-class” fitness club will anchor the new building, taking 33,000 sf on the first three floors.

Last month, GE Johnson installed the final steel beam on the Switchbacks FC Stadium, located in downtown Colorado Springs. Per tradition, the beam was flanked by the American and Colorado state flags as well as the Switchbacks official flag and an evergreen tree.

Taylor Kohrs recently completed construction of Indy Street Flats, a 110,848-square-foot apartment community in Lakewood. Completed over the course of four years, the $23.5 million project was designed by Shopworks Architecture to meet owner Metro West Housing Solutions’ vision of paying tribute to the historic and vibrant nature of the community.
