Milo Luxury Residences is the latest addition to the $500 million, 26-acre urban infill redevelopment of the former University of Colorado Health Sciences Center at Ninth and Colorado (9+CO). The transformation from medical campus to a vibrant commercial district began in 2014 when the university and city of Denver tabbed Continuum Partners to direct the project.

Saunders Construction Inc. in conjunction with 4240 Architecture Inc. were awarded the design and construction for Meridian Village, one of Colorado State University’s largest projects to date. At full build-out, Meridian Village will accommodate 1,600 students in both traditional and pod communities to continue to support student success and engagement.

OZ Architecture led design on Colorado State University’s Nancy Richardson Design Center. The $19.2 million, state-of-the-art project covers 45,000 square feet and will further CSU's mission as a national leader in design. Salt Design in Fort Collins assisted OZ with the design while Saunders Construction was the general contractor.

Saunders Construction and the University of Denver recently broke ground on the new first year residence hall, which will be named the Dimond Family Residential Village thanks to a $5 million gift from the Dimond Family Foundation.

Straddling LoDo’s past and future, 16 Chestnut is one of the final pieces of the Union Station puzzle. It’s the final project in the heart of “the Saunders block,” so nicknamed for the numerous buildings Englewood-based Saunders Construction has built there.
