Representing a major milestone in construction, Adolfson & Peterson Construction topped out Aurora’s new recreation center, designed by Populous.

Turner Construction Co. was awarded the contract to renovate the Stage and Ricketson theaters for the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. 

Jackson-Shaw, a national real estate development company, and LaPour Partners, a regional real estate company, have partnered to break ground on Parc Santa Fe, a 345,126-square-foot, three-building urban industrial development in Littleton. 

The Prism building, which was designed by Davis Partnership Architect, is a nine-story, core-and-shell office building development being led by Shea Properties. The office building of more than 100,000 square feet completes the build-out of the block between 17th and 18th streets, along Curtis Street, and is directly adjacent to The Quincy.

As part of the Regional Transportation District’s FasTracks program, PCL Construction Services Inc. has begun construction of a new parking garage at the Thornton Crossroads-104th Station on the North Metro Rail Line. The 18.5-mile commuter rail line will run from Denver Union Station through Commerce City, Northglenn and Thornton.
